1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the HEYID service and app (heyid.online), available via the website and mobile app. By using HEYID, you accept these Terms in full. The service operator can be contacted at: gl4di4tor@interia.pl
2. Age requirements
HEYID may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering an account, the user confirms they meet this requirement. Accounts belonging to individuals under 18 will be removed without warning upon detection.
3. User account
Registration is done via Google login or a self-provided email address. The user is responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through their account. Each person may hold one account — creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or bans is prohibited.
4. Usage and conduct rules
By using HEYID, the user agrees not to: post unlawful content, contact minors for improper purposes, post hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or threatening content, send spam, advertising, or scam attempts, impersonate another person, or use the service for purposes inconsistent with its intended use. Violating these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal of the account, without refund of any fees paid.
5. Moderation and reporting abuse
HEYID reserves the right to moderate content and behavior on the platform, including reviewing reported messages to verify violations of these Terms. Users may block other users and report inappropriate behavior. Reports are reviewed, and in justified cases the offending account may be suspended or removed.
6. Premium and payments
HEYID offers an optional Premium plan that extends the service beyond the free daily limits. Feature details and pricing for Premium are available within the app. Payments are processed through the relevant payment provider (e.g. Google Play, App Store, or a third-party payment processor) and are subject to that provider's terms. For recurring subscriptions, the user may cancel at any time in accordance with the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made.
7. Limitation of liability
HEYID is designed to connect users with other people, including strangers. The service does not fully verify user identities and is not responsible for the content of conversations, the conduct of other users, or the consequences of meetings or relationships arising through the service. Use of HEYID is at the user's own risk. We recommend exercising caution when sharing personal information and when arranging in-person meetings with people met through the service.
8. Automatic translation
Messages on HEYID may be automatically translated using machine translation technology. Translations may contain inaccuracies or errors — HEYID does not guarantee their complete accuracy.
9. Changes to these Terms
HEYID reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes through the service or via the email address provided. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Account deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and data at any time by contacting: gl4di4tor@interia.pl. Data will be deleted in accordance with the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
